Bridget Landin

Bridget Landin is the Coordinator of Youth Ministry at the parish. She resides in Waller, TX and has been a member of our parish for over 9 years. Bridget has been married to Joe for 15 1/2 years and they have four children. She has a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Missouri-St. Louis and has completed her Basic Certificate in Youth Ministry, the FTCM program, and is a fully certified Archdiocesan Catechist. She loves watching her children in their many sporting activities, reading, volunteering in scouting, coaching little league, photography, and hanging out with friends.

As the Coordinator for Youth Ministry, Bridget coordinates and supervises all youth (middle school and high school) social and spiritual events as well as coordinates adult leaders for youth ministry. She coordinates, with Mrs. Pavlock, the planning of youth retreats, days of reflection, lock-ins, etc and is instrumental in creating and supervising a yearly budget for youth ministry. As youth minister she also tries to bring the youth into a relationship with peers from other parishes by promoting archdiocesan and regional conference participation. Our youth program reaches out to parish adolescents and teenagers in a spirit of friendship, facilitates youth participation in parish life and assists in making referrals for alienated or troubled parish youth seeking assistance.

Youth Ministry is also a parish wide ministry in that each of us are called to be youth ministers by virtue of our baptism. Bridget welcomes any and all parish help, support, and volunteers. Please see the Youth Ministry web pages to view upcoming and past events.
