Jane Lorio

Jane has been a full time member of our parish staff since 1999 and is in charge of the overall office management. She coordinates employee benefits for the parish staff. She processes all bookkeeping for the parish including paying parish bills, payroll, payroll taxes, maintaining payable files, maintaining our general accounting records, recording written checks, deposits, etc. She files the quarterly IRS reports and year-end tax returns along with the end of year tax statement to parishioners. She helps to prepare the annual parish budget. Jane is responsible for all donations received in the parish; she coordinates five teams of weekend collection counters along with a weekday counting team. She receives payments for our cemetery lots and issues the deeds. She prepares reports for the chancery offices and is an ex-oficio member of the Finance Council.
