Lucille has a Masters Degree in Religious Education from the Graduate Theological Foundation in Indiana and 25 years of experience in the Religious Education field. She coordinates the planning process and implementation of our entire faith formation process from pre-school through adult including all sacramental formation and preparation. She is the staff representative to our Religious Education Board and implements policy set by this group. She is instrumental in creating and supervising a yearly budget for faith formation and she supervises our Youth Ministry program, in particular, the faith formation classes. Mrs. Pavlock also offers workshops and training opportunities for our catechist ministers and supervises their ministry as well. Besides this, she is very active with staff coordination and formation and diocesan leadership.
