Time: 5:00 P.M. till 8:00 PM
Place: Knights Of Columbus Hall, Hempstead TX
The event will cost $8.00 per person.
Children 10 years and under eat free.
Great time with family & friends.
Drinks & Desserts are $1.00 each.

On behalf of the Catholic Daughters and Toys for Tots, THANK-YOU! With CDA’s 3rd year partnership with Toys’ For Tots, the generous donation of toys from the KC’s Christmas Wish Toy Project, local banks donation boxes, Cochran’s Store, CDA Members, and monetary donations from Altar Society and Church Members, along with assistance of friends and family, we were able to help parents provide a Christmas for 290 children PLUS fill requests for food and children’s shoes. Thank-you for helping us in our efforts to extend a helping hand to those in our Community. May the Blessings of the Christ Child be with each of you and your family throughout the New Year.

En nombre de las Hijas Católicas y Toys for Tots! ¡GRACIAS! Con el 3er año en Sociedad con CDA y Toys’ For Tots, la generosa donación de juguetes de KC, el proyecto de Deseo de Navidad, las cajas de donaciones de bancos locales, la tienda de Cochran, miembros de la CDA, y donaciones monetarias de la Sociedad del Altar y miembros de la Iglesia, con la asistencia de amigos y familia, logramos ayudar a Padres de Familia a proveer una Navidad a 290 niños, además de llenar las solicitudes de alimento y calzado infantil. Gracias por ayudarnos en nuestro esfuerzo para extender una mano amiga a aquellos en nuestra comunidad. It’s that time of year again, Catholic Daughters of the Americas, Court 2084 Mary, Mother of God, will hold their annual Toys for Tots campaign. Applications for the program can be picked up in the back of the church or at the church office. This is for residents of Hempstead ISD. The Application deadline is November 30th and toys will be distributed on December 21st & 22nd. For questions contact the church office at 979-826-2275.
Residents of Waller ISD may apply at W.A.R.M. in Waller. The application deadline is December 8th and toys will be distributed on December 16th & 17th. For questions contact W.A.R.M. at 936-372-5173.

Contest is open to all students 4th -12th grade, the categories include art, essay, poetry, computer art, music and photography. Catholic Daughters of the Americas Court Mary, Mother of God #2084: Sunday, February 14, 2010 the Catholic Daughters will celebrate their 36th anniversary of their institution. Corporate Communion at the 9 am Mass then a Pot –Luck Brunch and a short meeting at the home of Mary Parker at 11am. All the ladies of St. Katharine Drexel are invited to join us, especially former members. Please RSVP at 936-372-9808 by February 12, 2010.
